Agreement to terms

By using Recal ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of service

Recal is an AI-powered personal planning assistant that analyzes your calendar events and provides honest assessments of your daily schedule. The App uses artificial intelligence to suggest which events to keep, skip, or watch, and tracks your productivity patterns over time.

Account registration

You must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Calendar access

Recal requests read-only access to your calendar data. We use this data solely to provide planning analysis and recommendations. You can revoke calendar access at any time through the app settings or your Google/Apple account settings.

AI-generated content

Recal's planning recommendations are generated by AI and are intended as suggestions only. The App does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of its recommendations. You are ultimately responsible for your own scheduling decisions.

Subscription and billing

• Recal offers a free 7-day trial period.
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued access.
• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and can be cancelled at any time.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with others.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Frontier AI LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of liability

Recal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frontier AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
